This form is crucial for our curation process. Because vendor slots are strictly limited, our team needs to review your brand profile, menu offerings, and pricing structure to ensure we offer the best and most diverse culinary experience for our festival attendees.
What is the vendor selection process?
The process consists of 4 main steps as shown in the form:

1. Registration: Submit your details via this form.
2. Evaluation: Our team reviews all applications.
3. Shortlisted: We will contact only the selected vendors to proceed to the next stage.
4. Final Selection & Payment: Confirmation of your slot and arrangement of booth payment and deposits.
How much is the booth price and where is the location?
The exact booth pricing, sizing, and specific layout locations will be announced and provided directly to the shortlisted vendors only.
Does submitting this form guarantee me a vendor lot?
No. Submission of this form is strictly for evaluation purposes. It does not guarantee you a spot at the event. Only shortlisted vendors will be offered a booth based on the curation criteria set by the organizers.
Are there any other important rules or deposits?
Yes. Once selected, vendors must agree to sell only the products listed and approved in this registration form. Action will be taken against vendors selling unapproved items. Additionally, a refundable Cleaning & Security Deposit of RM500 will be required.
